For our dynamic and cooperative administration team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a new Clerk (m/f/d) as a result of a succession plan.

Requirement

  • Completed basic commercial training
  • German mother tongue, good knowledge of French an advantage
  • Reliable and discreet personality
  • Good communication and manners

Duty

  • Carry out general secretarial tasks
  • Providing information by telephone to internal and external offices
  • Supporting the management in various areas
  • Taking minutes and preparing the Executive Board meetings
