If you are passionate about shaping the people agenda and driving HR excellence in a dynamic, international environment? • Oversee accurate and compliant payroll administration, social insurance, and all local compensation elements.
  • Provide expert support to recruitment and own the onboarding/induction experience for the Swiss site.
  • Lead health & safety topics from the HR perspective, ensuring a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace.
  • Represent the company as a trustee of the Swiss pension fund — manage pensions with full compliance and care.
  • Lead a full time HR Specialist also located in Switzerland.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, supporting all aspects of the people journey — workforce planning, recruitment, development, retention, and rewards.
  • Partner with leadership to build capabilities, drive performance, and adapt the organization to changing business needs.
  • Deliver HR programs aligned with our global standards and business goals, reinforcing a high-performance culture.
  • Lead and contribute to regional HR initiatives in your area of expertise — from process improvement to tool implementation and structural design.
